No Regrets!

Well, this week we had a NO REGRETS week! we ate what we wanted and didnt care of the outcome and you know what, Im glad we did! I enjoyed every moment of it!

Tonight at the weigh in was a suprise, I thought I would gained back everything that i had lost, but suprisingly I only gained 800g back. Shaun on the other hand, put almost 3kg back on after almost losing 10kg!

Well my new job at The Chronicle started on Monday instead of Tuesday, I am now a Sales Conultant, I take care of the Trades and Services Classifieds in the 14 newspapers that APN take care of around Regional QLD. I am part of a team of 2 that handle the Trades Section. I was hired to do Inbound basic Classifieds but they are going through massive changes so the boss didnt want me to start there when it was going through changes. She also told me that I have the abilty to go to the level that im going. Most of the girls that are in that area have been with the company for more than 3 years. So im going straight in after 3 days.... The work is very different to what im used to. I will pretty much get new clients, book ads in, make the ads, and basic paper work. it can be stressful im told, it is a SALES role when you get to the nitty gritty, you have targets to meet. But i think Ill enjoy the role. Im in training at the moment, But im not having to do 2 weeks of training since Justine (boss) thinks im almost ready to go!

Anyways, gonna go, i will write again later on in the week and let you know how im going!

WHAT A WEEK!!!!

Well what a week, and its only Wednesday! Okay so on the weekend just gone I put my heart and soul into exercise. I did 15km on our exercise bike in 45mins. Then on Sunday I did 20km in 54mins. I was sooooo proud of myself, I pushed my self past my comfort zone! Then on Monday Nikki and I went swimming. Tuesday (here is where the fun starts) I decided I would join the Gym. So that night, Nikki, Wendy, her daughter and I went to Milne Bay Aquatic Centre to go to the Gym and then for a swim and spa. The prices are pretty good its $35 for use of EVERYTHING each fortnight and there are NO contracts! What could possibly be wrong with that? So I joined up and we went and did a workout. I did 1km on the Tredmil, 15mins on the Cross Trainer, did some weights and then 40 Sit Ups. I stopped for the last 5-10 mins as I waited for Nikki and Wendy.
The Gym is upstairs in the Centre so we went back downstairs to go for a swim. WELL, on the way down the stairs, Wendy says somthing about not slipping down them! well, 3 steps away from the bottom (I was walking) I slipped and landed on my ankle. A report was written, My ankle got HUGE, an Ambulance was called and I was taken to Hospital.
Trust Me to be the one to fall straight after Wendy made that comment!!! Went to the Hospital in the Ambulance. (the Gym staff didnt want me to risk going on my own) and then I waited in the waiting room with Shaun for 2 hours (Nikki called shaun and he came to meet me) Once I was seen, I had to have an xray, and then find out the results.... Nothing broken THANK GOD! but i was told I sprained it pretty bad and Pulled my ligament! I am still soooo sore. We didnt get home until after 1am. and then woke up from the pain this morning. I went to work, even though the doctors told me not too. However I didnt stay all day. Shaun drove me in and then picked me up at 10:45 as I had an interview to go to. Then tonight I went to Weight Watchers, and alas I have only lost 100g!!!!! WHAT THE? after all the exercise I did! But I think its cause, even though Im sticking to my points, Im still eating sugar foods more than I should! I cant exercise this week due to my ankle, so its all about the food this week!

OH and guess what? I went for a job interview on Monday at The Chronicle, (Newspaper) and its an Inbound Sales position. I thought it went really well, I also had one on Tuesday at Freedom, I was told on Tues that I had pretty much got the job, but She HAD to do 2 more interviews the next day. well I didnt get that one, she found someone else after everything! BUT i did get the Chronicle job!!! YAY ME. I start on Tuesday! I handed in My resignation today to Ray White. As regardless of what was to happen I was leaving.

So what a week Ive had! Its been interesting that's for sure.

well this week, Im cutting out junk food from my diet (even though it is weight watchers stuff) im going to focuss more on veggies and healthy food, and I will only have sugar foods when Im really DESPERATE......

well guys it was a long one this week, but there was so much to tell!
