Long time no see... Well we are in our house. FINALLY. But we don't have furniture apart from the blow up mattress, some camping director chairs (thanks to the folks) and a portable telly.
We love the house it's very nice and I'm looking forward to getting the furniture in here.
Well the jobfront is still going on, I didn't get the Police job. I came second!!! BOOOOO. Oh well. The Snr Seargent said I did extremely well and the only reason I didn't get it was due to the other person who was in the top 2 having more experience. So back to the drawing board. I have applied for the Moorabbin job so let's hope!
I have been talking to Jobfind HR the last few hours trying to see if there is something around me. There are 8 centres' I'm willing to work at and travel to, so we are looking out at these centres.
They are hoping to get me into one of two centres that may be in need at the momnet so we'll see how we go.
Well the Biggest Loser is back on and I'm feeling motivated! I lost my most amount of weight last year with it on, so I'm hoping that by it being back on will get me into high gear again. We went looking at Workout World which we discovered here this past week and were going to hire a treadmill to add to the gym since I love walking now but I HATE doing it outdoors, I have the urge to jog now and I hate it cause I feel so insecure doing it outside in full view (hence why I only went at night) so we went to look at hiring but they only had really basic ones to hire. (No programs, really small weight limit etc) so we were looking around since they had about 20 odd treadmills alone, and found one that's actually used on the Biggest Loser, I jumped on it and had a go. It's got full suspension unlike other treadmills that only have front suspension, this one has front, middle and back so you know it's supportive.
We had been talking about looking at commercial ones for ages. We almost got one in Toowoomba but decided to wait til we got to Melb (better quality). We were going to wait before we actually bought, but it had a $1000 sale off today and 1000 days interest free. SO being us we got it! We don't actually get it for another month since it has to be shipped down from NSW (they make them there).
Workout World actually sponsor The Biggest loser and all of their equipment is from there. It comes with a 10 year Unconditional warranty. Which means it's gotta be good. I'm quite excited now. Since I will never be able to run at Shaun's speed and stamina (it took him years to get there) so I will now be able to do a FULL workout in my own home. Our DLUG (Double Lock Up Garage) will be our Gym. a TV will be in there to keep us motivated and it will contain Weights as well as the Cardio Equipment. So now I will never get bored with what Cardio I will do since I will have it all.
SO by the end of this year if I'm not fit somethings very very wrong!
Anyway, we love our lil court. It's so cute, small court but cute. The dogs are settling down now they know we're not going anywhere else. Just trying now to make the house our own.
